    QueensCare and LA County

    QueensCare is happy to have partnered with Los Angeles County in their H1N1 Mass Vaccination Clinics. QueensCare Health and Faith Partnership nurses and QueensCare Family Clinics staff administered over 1,700 vaccinations throughout eight Saturday clinics.

    H1N1 Vaccinations

    QueensCare Family Clinics will be hosting seven free H1N1 vaccination clinics over the next couple of months. Please see exact dates below. First and second doses are available. All the dates will be on a Saturday from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm.

    QueensCare Family Clinic patients are welcome to call their local clinic to schedule an appointment to receive their H1N1 shot.

    H1N1 Vaccination Event

    QueensCare Family Clinics had its first free H1N1 vaccination clinic at its Eagle Rock site on Saturday, November 14, 2009. The event was a huge success, having administered over 500 H1N1 vaccines.

    Come Get A Flu Shot

    Over the next 3 months, QHFP will be providing several FREE seasonal flu vaccine events for ADULTS in our partnering churches. Everyone is welcome and you do not need to be a member of the church to get a flu shot. This is a great opportunity for your families and friends to come out and get immunized against the flu.

    With an MBA in accounting and finance, and over 25 years of experience in the finance and healthcare industries, Barbara B. Hines assumed her new duties on July 1, 2009. Ms. Hines has worked alongside retiring CEO, Terry Bonecutter, for over ten years in directing QueensCare’s and
    QueensCare Family Clinics’ missions of serving the healthcare needs of the working poor of Los Angeles.
