- Current California licensed Registered Nurse
- Associate degree required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience, community health preferred
- Bilingual – English/Spanish preferred.
- Current CPR certification.
- Reliable transportation and automobile insurance.

- High School/GED equivalent required.
- Must be experienced working with faith communities.
- Minimum of 1-year community health experience.
- Must be familiar with multicultural settings and sensitivity to multicultural issues.
- Bilingual – English/Spanish required.
- Graduate of a Health Promoter training program preferred.
