We are seeking staff and professionals for the following positions:

QueensCareAdministrationFull Time
- Bachelor’s Degree with evidence of continuing education in compliance, required. Master’s Degree in Healthcare preferred.
- Strong written and verbal skills. Possess ability to lead others. Able to teach in small and large groups. Works collaboratively with peers. Able to communicate effectively to all levels of the organization including Board level committee(s).
- Accountable for all elements of the Corporate Compliance Program, including oversight, management, effectiveness and ongoing program improvements. Chairs the Corporate Compliance Committee and provides reports and updates to the Audit Committee of the Board.
- Chairs the Corporate Compliance Committee and provides reports and updates to the Audit Committee and/ or Board of Directors, as appropriate.
- Develops, initiates, maintains and revises applicable policies, procedures and practices to prevent illegal or improper conduct.
- Develops and implements an annual Compliance Work Plan, oversees audits and creates executive summaries of audit findings.
- Periodically reviews and updates the Management Code of Conduct.
- Designated HIPAA Privacy Officer and accountable for the oversight and education of HIPAA privacy regulations and the investigation, follow-up and reporting of patient privacy issues.
- Provides education and is an accessible, knowledgeable resource to others.
- Conducts ongoing education, including new employee compliance training, annual compliance training and ongoing training related to Compliance/HIPAA risks and issues.
- Chairs the Corporate Compliance Committee and provides reports of audits and compliance activities to the President & Chief Executive Officer.
- Maintains effective tracking systems for compliance metrics to assist in the development of best practice initiatives.

- We are currently looking for a registered nurse to use his/her nursing skills within churches, church schools and social service agencies in our community
- Ability to work independently and flexibly in the community setting, and experience working with faith communities
- Current California RN license
- Current California Driver's License
- Current CPR certification
- Fluent in English/Spanish or English/Korean

QueensCareAdministrationPart Time I
- LCSW or Ph.D/Psy.D in social work or psychology required
- Minimum three years of experience in program administration, with at least two years direct management experience
- Three years of experience working in mental health field, experience working with children and families from lierse social, cultural, educational and economic backgrounds highly desired
- Experience with DMH paperwork/managed care billing procedures required
- Strong ability to collaborate
- Experience working with faith communities preferred
