Qualifications:
- Master's degree in theology or related discipline and advanced study of behavior sciences or equivalent
- Four units of clinical pastoral education and/or certification by the National Association or Catholic Chaplains or College of Chaplains
- Training and experience in spiritual counseling and interpersonal skills
- One year minimum hospital staff chaplain experience preferred
- Three years management experience preferred
- Knowledge of hospital and organizational procedures
- Knowledge of religious beliefs: Christian and non-Christian
- Current theological/bioethical education
